Review content:
The technicians clearly explained the problems with my water heater, the increased water pressure and the possibility that damage could occur because of this. Both technicians walked me through the proposed work needed to correct the problems. They offered three different price options for the work depending upon what I could afford and safety issues in terms of what had to be done immediately. They were very polite and friendly. I did not feel pressured into choosing any one option. I felt they were honest and clear in their assessment of the problems and took their recommendation to purchase a new water heater and have a regulator attached to ensure the pressure was correct.
