Review content:
Our service tech Drew was very thorough and explain everything that was going to be done for our A/C . The group of techs came early on Saturday morning to remove and replace our duct work. They cleaned up afterwards as well. However, a follow-up appointment was supposed to be scheduled for Monday but we have heard nothing since saturday. Also, our phone line was cut when the service was done. We have used them before and will use them again.
