I meant to write this sooner, in the latter part of September our central AC broke down and it was still hot. I called several companies, but was conflicted on which one to choose. One of the companies, that sounds like "John Wayne" charge me $100 to access my AC and wanted extra money for items I learned that are standard, e.g. a heat pump. I am so glad I found Champion, the staff was quick to respond and conducted themselves in an ethical manner. I was impressed and now we have a Carrier AC that works wonderfully and the heat is works just as well. more

Jon Weixel was as professional a technician as I have seen, and I have 30 years in construction. Being unfamiliar with new technology I wasn't confident to attempt repairs myself so I called Champion because I had seen the ads on a Spurs game. I expected to be barraged with high pressure up-sales, but Jon was pleasant, very knowledgeable and highly professional. I opted for the band aid for now but am convinced that Champion has customer service ahead of high pressure sales. I definitely recommend Champion. more

Justin was the first to come to our home to give us a jolt of freon to tide us over til we could get our unit serviced. Chis and Jason came today 10/31/14 with wonderful attitudes and great customer service and completed the task efficiently and effectively! I am very happy now with Champion! more

Justin, Jason, and Chris did an amazing job at repairing my old system to get me through the weekend and then installing my new 16 seer Trane system. It's amazing at how cold this system gets my house compared to the old 13 seer Carrier. It not only works great, but it looks good too! Jason's communication during the install was superb. He could have just installed what he was told, but instead informed me of the serviceability and air constraint problems with installing the media filter on top of my unit. Justin quickly called and worked out a solution to install the media filter in my front grille and even brought it out before the install was completed. I really appreciated the honesty and pride they had in their work. I definitely paid a pretty penny, but the service was second to none. Thanks again for the awesome A/C and amazing service! more

Jason and Chris arrived at 0730 on Saturday 10/4/2014 for a complete complicated residential new install. The team was very professional , courteous and knowledgeable. They insured that I had complete understanding about the unit being installed and the improvement over the unit being replaced. They made sure that I understood how the new thermostat program worked for both heating and cooling programming. The team of Jason and Chris very meticulous about cleaning up , after the installation was complete. I would absolutely refer Champion Ac to anyone for ALL heating and AC needs. GREAT JOB ! Jason showed up on Saturday morning 20 Sept. 2014 early after calling us to let us know he was coming and when to expect him. He was very courteous and concerned about our needs. He had to work all by himself. In 2 1/2 hours he had our unit in and working and performed multiple checks of inside and outside units to his high satisfaction. He left the areas neat and clean and even removed his shoes when doing work inside the house. He was very informative and answered all our concerns. He told us of other areas of the business that he had worked which indicated his expertise from years of experience. We would ask for his assistance anytime we might need future work done. more

I had just had a very negative experience with American Home Shield and was wondering what to do next. Justin Beck was my first Face to Face contact with Champion AC. He was very professional and courteous. He explained all of the ins and outs of what options were available for my dad's house. After a lengthy discussion, I decided a replacement was the way to go. Justin explained financing options and was also kind enough to bring out temporary portable AC units to cool down my dads house until the installers arrived the next morning. Great work! It has been 2 weeks and everything is going great! more

Champion AC is definitely the best in the business. I needed my AC unit looked at and they were able to schedule a tuneup the very next day. Justin is a highly knowledgable technician that thoroughly explained our units issues and our options to repair or replace the unit. Since our unit was 20 years old, we chose to upgrade to the latest and greatest. Jason and Chris came out the very next morning and were able to install our unit in 8 hours. They were very Professional, courteous, and pretty funny guys. They gave us a great walkthrough on our new unit. Overall, just an amazing company. Couldn't be more pleased. more

After several other failed attempts of other companies trying to fix my air conditioner I called Champion AC. The customer service I recieved over the phone had me impressed from the begining. They sent a technician out that same day and even called me to let me know that the technician was on the way. I was still uneasy about having another technician to my home after my previous experiences with several other companies. The technician arrived and it was like night and day from the other companies. He made me feel at ease from the moment he stepped in my home. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and provided me with several solutions to my problem as opposed to just trying to sell me a new system like all of the other companies. He talked to me about financing these repairs as they were more than I could afford at the time. He got me approved within a couple of minutes and I was able to afford the repair that was the best option for me and my family. The technician was able to complete the repairs right then and there. When he was finished he let me know about their Champ Club Membership so that my AC will be protected year around. This is important to me because I know that me and my family have a peace of mind and that Champion AC will be there when I need them. Thank You Champion AC!! more

I want to thank Alex and Alex and Champion AC for a job well done on my new AC. Alex and Alex worked hard on a hot summer day to take out my old AC and install the new AC. They kept us informed of the plans and the work they were doing. Both were professional and efficient. more
