After several other failed attempts of other companies trying to fix my air conditioner I called Champion AC. The customer service I recieved over the phone had me impressed from the begining. They sent a technician out that same day and even called me to let me know that the technician was on the way. I was still uneasy about having another technician to my home after my previous experiences with several other companies. The technician arrived and it was like night and day from the other companies. He made me feel at ease from the moment he stepped in my home. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and provided me with several solutions to my problem as opposed to just trying to sell me a new system like all of the other companies. He talked to me about financing these repairs as they were more than I could afford at the time. He got me approved within a couple of minutes and I was able to afford the repair that was the best option for me and my family. The technician was able to complete the repairs right then and there. When he was finished he let me know about their Champ Club Membership so that my AC will be protected year around. This is important to me because I know that me and my family have a peace of mind and that Champion AC will be there when I need them. Thank You Champion AC!!
