Bruno AC's technician was extremely knowledgeable and spent more than and hour inspecting my unit. He explained all aspects of the service being performed and clearly demonstrated the previous firm maintaining our unit for 9 years was not doing a through job. It was evident with all aspects of the service performed by Bruno AC. He dismantled the indoor unit as well as the outdoor condenser. His through cleaning, inspection and service was exceptional. After this the maintenance several recommendations were given and indicated in order of importance. No hard sell was made and all recommendations were explained in detail. I strongly urge anyone to use this firm. You will sleep better knowing they have done the right job for a competitive price. more

DO NOT RECOMMEND BRUNO! 12/28/2015

I would not recommend this company for your HVAC needs. The wrong heat element was delivered on install day so had to reschedule. The saleman was supposed to call us about the mix-up but never heard from him. Of course, the accounting department called today wanting payment for the job but THE JOB IS NOT DONE YET! A manager was supposed to come check out the unit on install day but he never did. And, two returns are STILL waiting to be installed. This company will get paid once I am happy. Keep looking for a better company. There are many complaints for Bruno on other internet sites too. more

Tune Up Service 12/15/2015

Juan C. checked the system, made a few corrections and recommendations. Sanitized everything which had never been done before. Prices very competitive for maintenance service and for air quality control products. I've switched to Bruno for my heatpump maintenance and air quality control. Cheaper, nicer, better service, more professional attention to details. I fired Air Rescue because they screwed up my system so much and completely failed to keep my system air tight. Air Rescue will never step on my property again! more

Heritage Bay 12/1/2015

My service technicians name is Ronaldo. A complete visual, cleaning, and full maintenance test was performed. I was able to observe the service as it was being done. Ronaldo was polite and professional and explain all of the checks and repairs as they were being preformed. I also had some added parts installed at this time which should help eliminate any build up of mold with that in the AC unit. I am confident that I was in good hands with Ronoldo. more

Darren was very thorough, polite and knew what he was doing. I called Bruno's Saturday around 10, Darren was at my house by 1:30 Diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes, then set about correcting the issues. more

Bruno Air scheduled an inspection of our a/c after I called in after listening to their ad on the radio. Lee D arrived promptly and did a thorough inspection of our existing a/c. We were very impressed with his knowledge and his explanation. more
