Bruno Air sent Marshall out today to assess our unit and do basic maintenance. He was polite, professional, and efficient, yet gracious enough to stop and answer many questions for me and thoroughly explain our needs and different options. I am pleased that we chose Bruno for our AC service contract, and I will be requesting Marshall as our technician as needed in the future.
