Bruno Air Conditioning arrived at my home in the time frame they said there where coming which was very important to me . In the past I have had issues with other companies. They where every thorough in showing me what was wrong and what I needed to do. They show me the inside of my unit, mold was growing in it. They explain that mold is very unhealthy. They inform me of the problems I was going to run into . They took there time in check everything , it was not a half hour job. I was very please with their service. Very professional, and knowledgeable they show me a great deal about air conditioners. I'm happy to be part of the family. Thank you Ronaldo and Kirk for showing me and taking your time in explaining to me what had to be done. more

Kind, smart, genuine, and a great listener. I'm happy and comfortable to have josh in my home, because I trust him and Bruno. You guys always do such great work with no one around, and I can't complain about the home being a mess after your here, like I used to about other company's. more

Josh was excellent. He wasn't out of his way to show me things I've never seen before in my AC. I can say that this was the most thorough inspection I've ever received from an AC guy before. Filter help, great explanations of everything, and extremely well mannered. more

Semi-Annual inspection 5/9/2016

Technician Jory was very courteous, competent and answered any questions I had pertaining to the operation of all the associated equipment. He was very neat, and certainly had a good work ethic with respect to his job. You have a very good employee working for you. Give him a raise !!!! more

This team was very professional comma Dustin hey who came to our home as a technician I was on the roof with them and our unit we were told was only two years old by the buyer it was ready to go it was only halfway hooked up and we got a very good price I would recommend this team too others that need an air conditioner I thought they gave us a great price for what we got thank you for your commitment to your job. ac & air handler install. 5/5/2016

the installers Mathew & kirk did a very good job . for the nature of the work involved they should have had another tech since kirk is fairly new an he was learning. they worked from 930am until 1230am. the day was hot an they were working in the garage rafters. more

Maintenance agreement appointment 5/2/2016

Peter did a very good job as far as I can tell. However, I am disappointed at Bruno for the following reasons: 1) When I made my appointment for April 29 I requested that Cristobal be my tech since he has worked on my unit several times and he was confirmed. 2) Bruno called me on April 28 and said they had several emergencies and could they reschedule me. I said yes and the reschedule date was May 2. 3) I then called back and told the lady I talked to to be sure that they send Cristobal. She said she would pass the request on and that if there was a problem they would call me. 4) I never received a call back and Cristobal was not my tech. Again, this is no reflection on Peter, who had nothing to do with Bruno not sending Cristobal. more

Got the problem resolved! 5/2/2016

I called Bruno Air after listening to the commercial on radio. I must have listened to the commercial a lot, but it never meant anything until my air conditioner stopped working. I called after having some repair done last year by another group last year, the other group was ridiculous in their pricing. I was concerned this would be the same. The tech came and did the repair, offered what he thought would help in the future, he told me what I had to have and what was available, but could wait if I chose. I picked what I was going to get done, when the bill was presented it wasn't the cheapest I've seen, but wasn't quite the sticker shock of last year with a different company. I appreciated the fact that I wasn't being gouged by someone just looking to con someone out of money. I would recommend these folks for your air conditioning needs. more

Bruno Air Conditioning 4/29/2016

Ryan H. was the tech who came to my house to do the repair on my A.C. System. He was very personable and explained what he was going to do and the approximate time it would take.. He found a few "flaws" the builders techs had done and fixed them as best he could. Bruno Air was very helpful to me in handling this unexpected repair and as far as I'm concerned Bruno Air will be my airconditioning company for life. more

Perseverance results in our AC up and running! 4/26/2016

We had a difficult install which resulted in teams being to our home 3 days to get the new system up and running. While there were some communication problems within the office, and scheduling problems, the technicians themselves were superb and hard working-2 nights they were here till 11:30 pm and 12:30 am. I have confidence that Bruno Air Conditioning will be able to meet any AC problem we have in the future and recommend the company highly. more
