J was here in a.m. for a routine check of the heating/AC. It took longer than usual. He replaced some contacts ($174). I went to Charlottesville & when I got there I called home. J was still there. When I returned the AC was not running. He had to come back. Did not deal w/ Erin. Pam Duff
