Thanks to them, we have our emergency generator back three month after a lightning strike. Michael started as scheduled at 0730 and Dominion disconnected the power. With help from Justin, the new ATS was expertly installed by about 1500 hours. Although it was inspected and approved at that time, Dominion have yet to appear 2200 hours). Refusing to leave us without power (including for the well), Michael made the connection at our request. Now the more than $30,000 worth of idle equipment is doing its work providing light, water and power to close our overhead door for the night.
In the lead-up to today's work, Jennifer provided and unfailing point of contact, explaining any delays, answering our questions, and alerting us to the whereabouts and arrival of the techs.
We have dealt with W.E. Brown for over twenty years and have no hesitancy in recommending Michael,Jennifer and Justin.
