Erin is always fun and a pleasure to talk to. When I say "hello" on the phone, I think she even recognizes my voice! And I know she'll take care of scheduling or connecting me to whatever service I need.
Michael came out for a complimentary electrical check. He thoroughly examined everywhere and explained all his findings in terms I could understand. He explained what might need immediate attention and what might not and still be safe. I greatly appreciated his candidness. I also had a problem with a ceiling fan switch and he fixed that too. I found him to be most helpful and easy to talk to.
