Review content:
We called w.e.brown to request a technician because our a.c. Had failed. Jennifer immediately told us that she would arrange a technician for us ASAP. She was most courteous and helpful. We called at 07:15 and Kerry the technician was here before 09:00. Kerry Flowers is perhaps the most courteous service technician we have ever worked with. He is professional and most capable. He had helped us last May with our previous unit. Kerry assured us he’d would have it repaired by the end of the day. He returned later that afternoon and repaired it as promised. He also assured us that since our unit was only five months old and under warranty he will stick with us until we are sure all repairs that may be necessary would be taken care of . He will return in 4-6 weeks to again fully inspect the unit. We are most pleased with the service rendered by Jennifer and Kerry. They are excellent representatives of your company.
