Usually i use Broadway Cab as opposed to Radio Cab because of the convenience and timeliness, but tonight it was a totally different story and frankly, Broadway Cab left me in a greater mess than I could've ever imagined. A group of friends and I had early dinner down at Beaverton tonight and recalling previous Broadway Cab experiences, we decided to call a cab at 6PM (we even gave the cab company our number), before we finished dinner. However, 6:30 came when dinner was finished and.... not a single cab in site. Therefore we called again and they told us that 5 people cannot fit into one cab and unless we wanted a van (which means we had to wait an hour), they could get us 2 cabs instead in 30 mins which, the operator told me in a rather rude voice (like i was stupid), ""WELL, YOU COULD... BUT IT WOULD BE TWICE THE AMOUNT."" and so we decided we didn't want it. However we called again after we calle radiocab and they informed us that there were no cabs around... Here was the response from Broadway Cab the second time we called, ""I remember your number... You called us before. Do you still have 5 people? We cannot send you one car."" We said, no, we didn't have 5 ppl and so we took one car (we had to be back by 7:30). 7:20 came and still no signs of the car... therefore, we called again. this time they said, ""We sent you a cab already, and u guys didn't take it."" and we replied with, ""We didnt see it and you didnt call to let us know even though you had our number... will you please dispatch another one? we are in a hurry and have been waiting for over an hour"" and they said, ""No, we cannot get you another cab because you misuse us. Sorry."" *Hang up*. SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICES!! What has the world come to? A cab company refusing to dispatch cabs to their frequent customers and insulting the customers along the way? Initially i was going to file a complain on the 3 different but equally rude operators there, but since they don't have a Customer Services....
