Review content:
I've had the displeasure of using Broadway's several times, the last of which ended with a cab driver cursing me out because we wouldn't agree to pay a flat rate before starting our route. Hmmm.
A few weekends ago some friends and I took a cab from 2nd Ave to PGE Park (about 14 blocks). The charge was $7.80, which is a little much, but then the cab driver pushed another button which brought the total to $11, when there was already a flat fee involved. Finally, Broadway ends up running my card for $15 total. Same thing with taking a cab from Portland Airport to downtown. Other companies it's $25-28. With Broadway it was $45, and he took the slowest route possible.
When I called their accounting manager, his ""mailbox was full"" and i was unable to leave a message. Looks like many others have had unethical charges as well.
Pros: Frequent cab routes
Cons: Unethical service, poor customer service
