I never complain about services and always give the benefit of the doubt to the company, but for the second time Broadway Cab has left me in a big mess. They assured me they would be here for a run to the airport at 4:30 AM. They did not show, did not answer the phone, nothing. After 30 minutes we called Radio Cab and they were right here. When I tried to call the office no one seemed the least bit interested in the problem. And when I called back to register a formal complaint I was transferred and hung up on. Since I got nowhere by going directly to the company I am writing to alert others. \r

I guess I should know better than to call them--when they take you home from the airport the drivers often get angry and yell at you if you are not going across town. They let a friend off in front of my house a while back and the driver was actually screaming at her. He was a big man and she is a 5 ft petite woman. These are just my experiences but I will never call them again. And I will tell all my friends the same thing.
