The other day I called Broadway for a cab to get me from the shop where my car was being repaired, to a nearby car rental office. When the cab arrived, the driver started the meter BEFORE I even got into the cab, then pretended that he was having trouble unlocking his doors, racking up a good five minutes on the meter! Then, after I gave him the EXACT ADDRESS to which I was going, he pretended to have problems entering the information into his computer! If that weren't bad enough, he then had problems following the directions on the computer! By the time he was done, he'd racked the fare up to almost $14.00 for a two, and a half mile ride! BEWARE!
