(See 4-star review 3 days ago.) ...Thought it was fixed but we had a new leak at the same place on the 3rd day. (It takes a while for the collector to fill up.) A new tech (Scott) came within 24 hours to conclude that the new condensate collector was cracked too. He would order a new part and come back in a couple of days. I know a new part had been installed because Joey had let me examine the new part before installation and examine the old sawn-off part afterwards. The new part had had messy factory glue joints but everything looked sealed. O well, what I thought was a simple replacement will take 4 service calls to fix (I hope).
