Barry W. did an excellent job in performing the yearly checkup of my HVAC unit and furnace. He explained what the current issues were in an easy-to-understand manner. In addition, he noticed that a previous 'move' of the condenser (not done by anyone at Bonney but by someone the HOA selected during our condo's reconstruction efforts) was done poorly. This other person did not ensure that the HVAC unit was stable, level, and secure on the concrete slab. (This is resulted in correspondence with the HOA to get this issue addressed before it becomes a bigger problem.) Barry's thorough inspection of my units and the 'straight-talk' about what the current issues are (e.g. a 2-ton A/C unit connected to a 3-ton furnace) and their solutions was more than enough to be impressed by the overall quality of his work. He was prompt and did not dilly-dally. Barry and the rest of the crew are the reason why I am in the 2nd year of my BAM! service.
