I purchased a new 2009 Hyundai Elantra because of the style, the comfortable yet sportiness of it, how good it is in the snow, which is very important in NH and the economics of it plus gas mileage. Nick was very helpful, knowlegable, friendly and courteous. He made the experience a very good one for me, as did everyone at AutoFair who were worked with me on my purchase. Great experience 10/13/2010

Everyone was fair, no games - I will ALWAYS buy my cars there and I live just south of Boston! I went up there on a lark - they had a car I was interested in but I never expected to buy it there. It was well worth the trip. There was a small issue; an error on the ""title"". They notarized a corrected copy the next day and JOHN DROVE DOWN TO BOSTON TO HAND DELIVER IT because I needed it right away. more

Doug was super friendly and fun to work with, he made my experience a great one and since it was my first time buying a car it could have been very overwhelming and scary but Doug put me at ease, he helped me find the right car for me and I love it. I will get my cars from Doug FOREVER. He even kept in contact with me after to make sure everything was going well and there were no troubles and it has been over a year. more

AS soon as I walked into Autofair Hyundai everyone i spoke to was extremely friendly. I instantly felt respected. Doug Johnson the salesman made sure i was happy, comfortable and that I was getting the best deal Hyundai could offer. Ever since I purchased my 2010 Accent I have gone back to Autofair for all services that are required. Everytime the service department employees greet me with a smile and no matter what time of day I drop by for an oil change they are always glad to help me. more

Doug Johnson goes above and beyond the call of duty. I purchased a new Sanfa Fe and has a small issue after having a moon roof installed. The company that Autofair used to install the roof stained my seats. This was no fault of Autofairs mind you. Doug worked very hard with Autofair to have my seats replaced at no cost to me. I can not tell you how happy I am. I would highly recommend Doug for all your sales needs. I have never had a sales person that worked with me to get to the numbers I wanted not the numbers they said I could afford. I will go to Doug for my next Santa Fe. I love my Santa Fe this is number 2. You can't go wrong with Hyundai and Doug Johnson! more

I am a current Hyundai owner and past customer of Autofair Hyundai. I have been completely satisfied with Autofair Hyundai, the service department and in particular the sales staff and their representative, Doug Johnson. With that knowledge and positive past experience I decided to bring my 16 year old son in for his first new car purchase experience and directed him to Doug with a comfort level not provided by any other car salesman I have experienced in the past 40 years. My son's statements at the end of the day reflected what I already knew, the treatment we received was excellent, every effort was extended to make our experience hassle and trouble free. I am very happy with the purchase of 2010 Fushion. I had been looking at them for a long time. A friend of mine bought one on Friday night; she told me how good the deal was and how well the sales person, Matt Roy, treated her. I stopped in the next day, looked up Matt and made a deal He showed me a car, on the lot, with the features I was looking for, the 6 cylinder SE. I got a very good number on my trade in and worked out a great financing package. All in all the experience was a very good one, Matt went out of his way to help me set up the sync system and show me all of the features of the car. Really great car-buying experience. Didn't start off well. Talked to a lady on the phone - did the prequalification financing (twice) and then went to meet her and see the car. She was busy and asked another sales person (Doug Johnson) to take us for a test drive and set up some paperwork. He was do nice we asked only to deal with him. She apparently lost our paperwork, blah, blah, blah. \r \r Didn't matter - Doug pulled everything together in short order. Genuinely nice person. After we bought the car, they said we had a free inspection and oil change and told me the car would definitely pass inspection (it was used). Guess what? It didn't pass because of an emission problem. \r \r Even that didn't matter. Craig McKay (service) took the car four or five times until he solved the entire problem. Never asked me for a dime. \r \r I've bought a lot of cars through the years but never have I seen two people like Doug in sales and Craig in service work so hard together to solve the problem and ma more

Autofair Hyundai is rude and disrespectful 8/9/2009

High pressure sales with salesman with attitude. Went looking for a Santa fe or Tuscon came out with nothing and will never to back. Salesman assumed I was going there to get the best deal then go running to another dealer. Didn't like that fact that I didn't bring my husband with me. I told them straight up I am yes/no person. Back and forth for 4 hours. Should of walk out when I asked the salesman (joshua) if he had a attitude towards me and he told me YES... don't waste your time. more

Autofail Hyundai: High Pressure Sales Environment 4/20/2009

I bought an 06 Nissan truck from Autofair Hyundai in Manchester, NH. The salesman with whom I worked, Everett, was friendly, reasonably helpful, and followed me in a company car 55 miles south of the dealership to get my check. (maybe they really needed the check?) However, these guys pulled ALL the classic sleazeball dealership tricks, like trying to confuse me with down payment vs. monthly payment vs. trade in value, giving me a super special "internet price" which was $1k more than bluebook, swapping salesman on me during negotiations, going back and forth to "THE BIG DESK" for each nonsensical round of negotiations. DEFINITELY a high pressure sales environment. I knew what I was in for once I saw the empty suits milling about the entrance, but they had the truck I wanted, so I steeled myself and dealt with it. I walked away with a pretty good deal ($2k under bluebook) but it left a bad taste in my mouth: they didn't even give me a full tank of gas! I even asked for it!! If more

Autofair Hyundai review 5/31/2008

I was referred by a loan company to Autofair Hyundai, a Ms. Friolet. My circumstances were not usual, or easy - i.e. the blue-book value of my 2006 Subaru Baja is less than what I owe because the loan included paying off my other vehicle. She was made aware of these facts, and assured me she got people into loans with less credit scores, and more difficult situations than this. I changed my schedule to come in at her request on Saturday, altho I changed it from 9 to 11am. I had to drive from Kingston and arrived at 10 of 11 to be greeted by someone else who told me Ms. Friolet was with someone else. The person who attended to me could not help at all. So I wasted gas, and my morning plans were ruined, for no good reason. This was a very upsetting first impression of Autofair Hyundai and I would never recommend, and would actually deter people from going there. more

STAY AWAY 2/26/2008

They did oil change & my engine died. They have been dragging this out for 5 months, had to buy new car (Toyota, NO FORD) & they are making me take them to small claims court. They have lied, lied, & lied, defaulted the original court order & went back & had the default lifted. I have had no one in management talk to me over this 5 month period. We had just finished paying off the Escape we bought from them a month prior to this event!!!!! They are the most deceptive people I have ever come across in my life. They took my money with no problem but will never take responsibility for their blatant destruction of my engine. They should be banned from doing business anywhere! BEWARE OF DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH AUTOFAIR period! You will pay in the long run & hopefully they will get what they deserve when we go to court! Cons: EVERYTHING more

No warranty support 5/5/2006

I bought three new cars from Autofair. The third had a major warranty problem. They denied my claim and fought me all the way to the DMV Arbitration Board. They lost and had to buy back the vehicle. After 6+ months of hell, I would not take a free vehicle from them. It turned out to be the worst dealership I dealt with in my 45+ years of buying cars. KEEP AWAY FROM AUTOFAIR! more
