Doug was super friendly and fun to work with, he made my experience a great one and since it was my first time buying a car it could have been very overwhelming and scary but Doug put me at ease, he helped me find the right car for me and I love it. I will get my cars from Doug FOREVER. He even kept in contact with me after to make sure everything was going well and there were no troubles and it has been over a year.
