Don't go into this dealership unless you are prepared for a high pressure sales pitch from the sales department - so make sure Hyundai is something you are seriously considering in your vehicle choice. That being said - the service department has never disappointed in nearly 3 years of service. Easy to make appointments - flexible with times, curteous personnel, timely responses, nice waiting area, available wi-fi and work areas - if you bring your work with you. Staff will arrange a ride to the mall or to area restaurants. Pricing for routine maintenance is reasonable. I get oil changes there and it's $ 10 - $15 LESS than going to Jiffy Lube. I've never been 'hustled' by the service advisor for service that the car doesn't require - or that isn't in the recommended maintenance section of the owners manual. Then again - I am religious about having routine maintenance performed on schedule. The car appears to be well put together and I have had very good luck with my 2011 Sonata. No surprise repairs...so far :-)
