Excellent Service 7/30/2013

I have been going to AutoFair Hyundai in Manchester for over 6 years. I bought my car there and my husband bought a used Truck there. They have always been courteous. When I needed any work done on my car they always explained it. They have never been pushy about getting work done, just made me aware of what should be done. When work was performed it was always done in the time frame quoted to me. I have been very pleased with my experience thus far with this dealership. more

totally screwed by salesman david white and the sales manager, bought a car here, they promised things would be fixed on the used car i bought when i signed papers, would not back up what they preach, buyer beware, place is full of slimebags that prey on the consumer, i reported them to the bbb, since then, they have sent me threatening hatemail to my email. these reviews and postings im putting up everywhere on the web are going to continue till you fix your screw up, take a ride by my house, got the car out there on the street with a big sign on it stating autofair sold me a lemon, bet thats good for your business. liars\r \r 7/1/13\r \r i went in today about this, met with drew hill, the dealership manager, he apologized for the salesman lying to me, told me i should have gone straight to him rather than posting negativity about the dealership, i showed him the hate emails i was gettting had the same ip address as the dealership emails i received and he said hed look into it. he promised me that he would fix the situation on friday if i posted something positive on here about whats going on, he seemed like he wanted to fix this situation, i will let you know friday if his word is good\r \r 7/9/13\r \r i changed the reviews on a bunch of sites on autofair and as agreed, they fixed the car\r more

Auto Fair Hyundai really shows what customer service is all about. I wasnt ready to buy but that did not make a difference as to how I was treated. I will be going back once ready. more

Stay Away From Autofair Hyundai 12/26/2011

This dealership had the worst customer experience anyone could have. What they might of offered for any trade was well below other dealerships I visited. I actually saw them selling the same type of car I would of traded for $5000 more than what they would of given for my trade and I own a Hyundai !!! So much for Hyundai commercials promoting they'll give you a guarantee for when you go to trade your Hyundai in ! more

If you are looking for a respectable Ford truck dealer it can be a difficult task sometimes. Luckily I stumbled upon Auto Fair Ford. Their staff is very respectful and knowledgeable when it can to finding the right vehicle. They will work hard to get you in the vehicle you want. I would recommend anyone looking for a used car dealer to check this place out. more

It is so easy and it gives you all the details about the car that you will need to know. I suggest trying it when you are ready to look for your new car. more

Fair Price Good Service 4/15/2011

Most New Car Dealers get a bad wrap. People don't get the price they want or they are surprised because they have to pay some fees, usually the same fees they would pay anywhere, so they blame the salesman or the dealer. I thought that Autofair Hyundai was very fair with the price we settled on, which also did not take a lot of haggling either. and the service was good too. My new car needed a little prep work, just a decent cleaning was all it needed. I was told how long it would take it was actually ready sooner than they promised me. I would buy a car here again, I am going to use them in the future for my routine maintenance on this car. more

I originally went to this dealership because my family has been buying cars from them for 6 years. I was interested in a Sonata, and wanted to trade my car in for a new one. I had gone in one night 5 weeks ago and told Ira that I had spoken to Scott and was looking for him. He said that he was not here and that he could help me. I explained that I do not have perfect credit, but was still interested in seeing if a deal could work for me. He really seemed to have no clue about cars or financing. He didn't even know anything about the packages the Sonatas come with or can be purchased with for extra money. He had me fill out an application, and valued my trade, then came back and said it wasn't going to work. No information as to why, and walked us out. \r \r I receieved phone calls from Ira every other day for 5 weeks. Finally, I received a call from Bethany on Presidents day weekend. I answered the call because I was sick of the constant phone calls during work and voicemails left by Ira more

I explained that I do not have perfect credit, but was still interested in seeing if a deal could work for me. He really seemed to have no clue about cars or financing. He didn't even know anything about the packages the Sonatas come with or can be purchased with for extra money. He had me fill out an application, and valued my trade, then came back and said it wasn't going to work. No information as to why, and walked us out. \r \r I receieved phone calls from Ira every other day for 5 weeks. Finally, I received a call from Bethany on Presidents day weekend. I answered the call because I was sick of the constant phone calls during work and voicemails left by Ira. Bethany told me that they would offer KBB value or higher for my car, and said that a minimum they would offer is $13,000. She said that she had all of my information in front of her and looked up values on my car, and saw that my car was in great condition and said there was no way they would offer less given all of the information and the fact that they want to make sales this weekend. She also said that she sees that my credit score is not perfect, but Autofair has lenders that specialize in less than desirable credit. In fact, Autofair also uses the company who finances my current loan. Surely they will be likely to write another for me. Bethany said that she was ""confident"" that she could get me into a Sonata with the package I wanted without a down payment. \r \r I live over an hour from Manchester, and I said under no circumstances will I drive that far if I am required to have money down, or if my trade will not be at least $13,000. I once again was told not to worry and that a deal would be made if I came down. I had asked for Bethany when I showed up, and explained that if she was not available because she is an internet person that I would prefer to talk to Andy as that is who my family normally goes to. About 15 minutes later Cory comes up with Ira. I am appearantly supposed to work with Cory, who really didn't seem to know anything more than Ira. He asked the same questions over and over and still wasn't listening to our answers. He made us run our credit again, after my wife and I said we didn't want to without seeing what the trade value was, and seeing if there was a Sonata I wanted there. They assured us it would work AGAIN. After signing off for them to run my credit I asked if a Sonata with the popular package was available, and he said yes. Turns out, there wasn't. \r \r Then they give me some joke of an offer on my trade. Appearantly $13,000 means $9500. They said they will never give me more and that was that. My car is less than two years old, in excellent condition and has new tires on it. No scratches, dents, perfect car fax and everything. So explain to me why it is worth $4000 less than KBB and at that, on a weekend when Autofair is ""willing to vaule trade ins above Kelly Blue Book value""? They had no answer to that question when I asked. \r \r Finally, when asked why they hounded me for 5 whole weeks calling every other day, and why I was told a deal would definitely work, they had no answer. They said they hate that they do that and it's just how they conduct business. Well let me tell you, my entire family will never buy from them again knowing that their idea of conducting good business is bothering people for over a month, making them drive over an hour, then screwing them over. Absolute TRASH!! more

Very Pleased 2/14/2011

I went to Autofair ford, last month looking for an affordable car for me and my family. I was very stressed when arriving there but when I left I was very pleased thanks to Gustavo Malzoni. I didnt really know much about cars, and all of the safty features that ford offers. Gustavo did a great job sharing his knowledge to me, nevermind his positive attitude. I would refer all my friends and family to go see him. more

This is my third lease from this dealership and I have always been satisfied with the lease process as well as service. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile from a young man named Gus. My dad and I went into autofair the other night to find a salesman we had worked with in the past. Since he was no longer there we ended up working with Scott Kling. That turned out to be a blessing. With my fathers company negotiating the price, Scott was left to give us top rate service. He did that and more. more

I went into Autofair Ford with little knowledge of what I wanted, not wanting to be forced into buying something I didn't want or need. I was greeted by Scott Kling. He was not only very knowledgeable but extremely easy to work with. I ended up with the perfect truck for me at a price I could more than live with. Good service, good deals.: Recently under new management, AutoFair went back to flexible prices. They still have awesome service and a nice sales staff. Great Experience 11/5/2010

I've purchased many cars and never had such a good experience. I went there having done my homework. I knew the rebates available, I knew the fair market value of my trade-in, I knew the ""invoice price"" and what type of discount I could get. Perhaps I was lucky and got a great salesman (John Gilmann - ask for him!) He is a straight-shooter - no BS. He treated me fairly, asked what I wanted for a deal. I told him and he came back several hundred dollars lower. I told him ""this is my number - do that and we have a deal; one dollar less and I won't waste any more of your or my time"". He came back, shook my hand and said we have a deal. It was THAT simple and that courteous. Everyone was fair, no games - I will ALWAYS buy my cars there and I live just south of Boston! I went up there on a lark - they had a car I was interested in but I never expected to buy it there. It was well worth the trip. There was a small issue; an error on the ""title"". They notarized a corrected copy the next day and JOHN DROVE DOWN TO BOSTON TO HAND DELIVER IT because I needed it right away. more
