Really great car-buying experience. Didn't start off well. Talked to a lady on the phone - did the prequalification financing (twice) and then went to meet her and see the car. She was busy and asked another sales person (Doug Johnson) to take us for a test drive and set up some paperwork. He was do nice we asked only to deal with him. She apparently lost our paperwork, blah, blah, blah. \r \r Didn't matter - Doug pulled everything together in short order. Genuinely nice person. After we bought the car, they said we had a free inspection and oil change and told me the car would definitely pass inspection (it was used). Guess what? It didn't pass because of an emission problem. \r \r Even that didn't matter. Craig McKay (service) took the car four or five times until he solved the entire problem. Never asked me for a dime. \r \r I've bought a lot of cars through the years but never have I seen two people like Doug in sales and Craig in service work so hard together to solve the problem and ma
