They did oil change & my engine died. They have been dragging this out for 5 months, had to buy new car (Toyota, NO FORD) & they are making me take them to small claims court. They have lied, lied, & lied, defaulted the original court order & went back & had the default lifted. I have had no one in management talk to me over this 5 month period. We had just finished paying off the Escape we bought from them a month prior to this event!!!!! They are the most deceptive people I have ever come across in my life. They took my money with no problem but will never take responsibility for their blatant destruction of my engine. They should be banned from doing business anywhere! BEWARE OF DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH AUTOFAIR period! You will pay in the long run & hopefully they will get what they deserve when we go to court!
