Everyone gives you great service.They call you back when they say they would. They explain all the service done and although the price is a bit high, the service in done right by professional trained technicians. It is the only place that I would take my 2002 bug. more

Hassle Free Visit 9/22/2013

Dropped off my car and picked up the loaner in only about 5 minutes. Returned the car a day later and it was only another 5 minutes to pick up my car. more

While having my Passat serviced at Auburn VW, I was treated like royalty as soon as I stepped in the door. Mind you, my appointment was last minute later on in the afternoon... the way I was treated was like I was their first and only customer. I was especially taken back by this since this was VW's free 30k mile maintenance and I am 25 year old guy (so most places don't even give me the time of day since I am young). They have earned a customer for life! more

For the price paid for an oil change could included a summary inspection of the car like Subaru does it about the tire, breaks .Expecting a little more from a German car dealer.It should be tthe best service. more

Great Customer Service 9/5/2013

Although Auburn Volkswagen isn't the closest VW dealer to us, it is worth making the trip. After buying five cars over the years from another dealership, we made our most recent purchase from Auburn. We'll never go back to the other dealership. The sale was a great experience, but the service department rises far above the other dealership. We look forward to purchasing our next VW from Auburn. more

Found my Manifold problem 9/5/2013

Took my car in for a transmission malfunction, they found the actual problem in the manifold intake. Good job and only 1 day. more
