I HATE car shopping., rather go to the dentist! checked out another car but ended up where I should have started back at Auburn VW. Its just so easy there starting with Matt then ending with Loren who just wraps it up so neatly! This is my 4th Jetta so I feel qualified to give my stamp of approval. I also want you to know this 2013 is a better Jetta than the 2010. Good for you VW of America. Ill be back!! more

New to town but not toVW 7/14/2013

So far it has been a good experience Workin with Dan in management who stayed until after 10 but not completing the sale until the next day There hast 10 the next night completing car familizatio it went smooth never being pressured into anything. Went. Back to have windows tinted and that went very good as well more

Helpful Friendly and Fair 7/12/2013

Auburn VW is now our go-to place for checking out new cars. We have leased 2 Jettas, purchased 1 Jetta, and just purchased a TDI Passat (which we LOVE) -- and would not hesitate to come back the next time. Has always been a good experience. more

Oil Change 7/11/2013

Oil change was good as usual. I was given an oral quote for the price of replacing the rear brakes. I deferred to do it myself. When I picked up the paper work I found both the front and back brakes needed replacing and the hand written estimate appeared to be for both sets of brakes. I called and got clarification. Better communication is needed on quotes and what needs attention soon. more
