Auburn Volkswagen has the worst customer service! I leased a Passat in the middle of November and the Salesman told me that my billing cycle will not start until Jan. Yet I received a bill for Dec. I tried to contact him and his response is he will take care of it. I did not receive a call for over a week so I decided to call for myself. I then tried to call for a Finance Manager and he told me he will look into it and call me back the next day. Still no phone call and I called him twice after that. Then I tried to talk to someone else, a Sales Manager and same situation; no return call. Lastly, I spoke to ANOTHER Sales Manager and he told me that I have to pay for it no matter what. Meaning I was lied to when the Salesman told me my payment won't start until Jan AND I just wasted my time when the first person I talked to could have told me that in the first place. I talked to FOUR people and out of three of them did not do what they said they would and the fourth person was a complete a**hole. Speaking to me like I'm s*upid. If I could return my car, I would. That is how bad I do not like their company. THIS WILL BE MY LAST LEASE!!!
