A clean, classy dealership, and they root for the Huskies! 10/18/2013

I came to Auburn because they had a certain Beetle convertible that I wanted. It came out that I really wanted another color (denim blue), and they agreed to match a price we were quoted from another dealership, so we were sold! They let us change the channel to the Huskies game, and by halftime, we had a new car! We have recently returned for a scheduled maintenance, and were treated well then, too. more

The gentleman that helped me then and several times in the past is such a nice and professional man. He makes the waiting feel like it passes by so fast. He will come check to see if I need anything and give an update. I can't say enough about all the customer service I have received over the last two years. Thanks !! more

Bought new tires through Auburn VW. Price was competitive. Even though their on-line service reservation system screwed up, the accommodated me on the date and time that I had set-up in the system (I had the print-out), even though it was not in their service computer. more

Booking Conflict, But Made it Right 10/11/2013

I had booked an appointment for a diagnosis of a check engine light for 3:30pm on a Monday. Upon arrival I was informed that their techs go home at 4pm and they didn't know if they could fit me in. After assuring them that they would, as I had an appointment, they accommodated me. Beyond that, after the diagnosis they kept the tech there to fix my problem, and extra 45 minutes. Which I felt was an appropriate response. more
