With my busy schedule the express service is the way to go. No appointment needed except of course it is for major maintenance but Rod was able to put me in a loaner and still have the major maintenance done on my Jetta without having to come back a week later. My time is valued at this place. Thanks. more

Great Staff 6/27/2013

I went in for an oil change, i got a loaner and they washed my car and were super nice. I got to pick up my car after hours. I'm glad i purchased my '13 Golf R from them. When i'm there waiting the sales folks are always fun to talk to about cars in general. more

Accountability 6/25/2013

Need more accountability in letting customer know if problems exist on the car and letting them know ahead of time the readiness of the car by a phone call. My wife and I waited all day for a phone call which was never received till the NEXT day. more

For anyone looking to purchase a car and walk away with a smile on your face this is the place to do so. From the time we went into the dealership to the time we left the experience was great! 50k service 6/22/2013

Usually our service experience has been excellent but it was different this time. 50k service is not complicated and we gave the service team an extra day because we were leaving town. Came back to find that some extra work we had authorized had not been completed and the car wasn't ready for pickup. We would have to wait an hour for the work to be done which we didn't have. so we asked for the car and it took another 45 minutes to get it. Don't give them an extra day and stay at the dealership during service appointments. more
