Received call at 8:40am indicating car was ready for pick-up. When I arrived at the dealership at 4:45pm, Lisa paged for car to be brought to the service department. Thirty-five minutes later the porter arrived with the keys, but hesitated on returning the key to me as the car was not washed. Ready does not mean ready to pick-up. Since the ownership change the service department has really suffered. One place to start would be to add some labor to answer the telephones. Next do not call until the car is ready for pick-up. Thirdly, why does it take 35 minutes to locate the keys. I usually do not complain, rather I just vote with my wallet.
