good representative but check 'check engine light on' not included 11/20/2013

annual service is good and smoth and no presure from service representative. I am a little disppointed and suprrised for the diagnosis of cheek engine light on not included in annual maintanance. A extra 100 some dollar is required for just the diagnosis light on. The 60K / $near 500 annual service is not cover the diagnosis. This is different from other car dealer I experinced. more

Emergency Repair 11/15/2013

After damage to the oil pan sustained at fueling station the car had to be towed in after hours. Service was completed within the day without prior warning to the dealer. more
