From the moment I went to this dealership, I've been treated so well, and it just keeps happening. The sales and service departments go above and beyond. There are a couple dealerships much closer to my house, but I'll go the distance to go back to Auburn VW. more

I like to come to Auburn VW where they treat me like family. Everyone always has a smile for me and my children. The new lounge is very comfortable. My car is always detailed like they would their own car. more

Every staff person from the sales person to the finance/business manager to the customer service representative to the parts and service personal were very helpful. They cared that I was treated well as a customer and promptly and capably met my needs. This truly was customer service unlike so much of corporate America an government. more
