Excellent replacement of household HVAC systems. 5/20/2015

After 13 years' use of my "contractor-grade" HVAC sysems, I contacted Appleton Campbell the replacement job. Their process is logical and fast. After Bill advised us regarding equipment options, Dave scoped out the project planned the installation and ordered prefabricated components. Within a week, two teams of installation experts, Tim and Travis accompanied by Mike and Denny, removed all the old components and installed the new systems. They were completely professional -- from dress, work ethic, and installation. They tested and re-tested every component and ensured every item was working as designed. No leaks, no work-arounds, no compromises. Several times during the process, Rene contacted us from the office to ensure our satisfaction. I continue to be a very satisfied Anderson Campbell client! more

  • Appleton Campbell was founded in 1976 by the current President's grandfather, Jim Appleton. It is family owned and operated with a strong focus on employee, community and customer relations. The company holds a Class A license with masters in Plumbing, HVAC, Gas Fitter and Electrical as well as certified geothermal design and install. The technicians receive paid training for both technical knowledge and customer service. The service technicians work on flat rate pricing which means they quote the jobs upfront and get approval prior to starting the work. Customers do not have pricing surprises at the end of the job, do not pay for a slower technician, and do not have to pay any additional charges for parts to be delivered to their home. Appleton Campbell has a strong code of ethics and operates with Honesty, Integrity and Experience. After over 30 years in business, the company had its first IRS audit and was proud to announce that no changes to the tax return were required.
