I am writing to you to give you some feedback from my family's move from Arizona during the week. I have used your company on four previous occasions (two for us and two for relations) and after the first occasion I have never asked for a quote from any other company. I also knew this time that the move would be especially difficult due to the bulk of items. The customer service representative that did the estimate was fantastic, totally professional with very constructive advice and he has supported us and our move, despite its size and general difficulties, at every stage. They also couldn't do enough to ensure we were satisfied with our move and their patience and humour gently brought us through the packing with ease. We also received our goods at the new residence as agreed and without any damage. My family was very impressed with the overall quality and thank you for it. I can honestly say that as a result of using your company again there was no stress involved in our move: a huge credit to you all. I've suffered a loss in the past by choosing some random guys from Craigslist. So, this time around I asked around and did my research. One of my friends booked American Choice Van Lines a few months ago for his move and was extremely satisfied. Their online testimonials and references checked out on all the websites were just excellent. With all the positives I had made up my mind that I was hiring American Choice Van Lines. \r I am very happy with my decision - they showed up on time, carefully and professionally packed my stuff, they had no problem with my really heavy couch and caring it from and to a 4th floor, were making sure that they won't cause any damage to my stuff, in the apartment and in the hallway either. Professionally packed items made it to final destination without any scratches, nothing got broken, and no item got lost. Damage and items getting lost is a nightmare for most people looking to shift as we are spending on the move, we don’t want to waste money on making up to replace damage to stolen goods. With ACVL luckily we had no issues and they showed a lot of character in making sure we had no complains. \r They were really professional and wrapped my furniture super well. I had a problem not knowing which company to choose, but then my cousin recommended me with American Choice Van Lines and I am more than satisfied I did hire them. Gordon and his team came on time to my place and wrapped everything nicely and carefully. They were so energetic and enthusiastic. Also, very professional. I was really glad I hired them. These guys were super nice, friendly and courteous. All of them spoke English, this was unlike the last time I was moving when the guyies who showed up could barely understand what I was talking. I even packed some of my books in the box but not very tightly, so these guys fixed it and they did not let anything got damaged or broken. I really appreciated that. These chaps were like real wrestlers and could manage to move a heavy double bed with ease down a narrow round stair case. The quote was excellent, very reasonable in comparison to other companies and was with no riders or hidden charges as the price quoted to me would be the final charge. The goods arrived after a week at my new residence and in perfect shape and without and damage or even any scratches I would highly recommend these movers to everyone! American Choice Van Lines moving and packing is simply awesome!! I was pretty upset when my daughter had to move out of her apartment on a weekend where neither her mother nor I could help her. I was on such a short notice that we were very helpless in terms of any assistance. I quickly googled and called 3 different companies, and hired American Choice Van Lines even though they wasn't the cheapest, although I felt that they really cared. They took extra time to tell me about how careful they are with art and antiques and that moving precious items is one of their "specialties." (I had decorated my daughter's apartment with some really awesome art and antiques that we found every year that I went to visit her [away 4 years at college], and I was so wound up thinking that some, if not all would be ruined by the movers!!!), they assured me that all the paintings and antiques would be carefully packed. The paintings would be filmed and antiques would be packed in a bubble packing. This is a standard practice but ACVL double wrapped all of it to insure no damage what so ever. I was completely relieved and impressed to see that everything was in perfect condition when it all got to LA!! I couldn't have been happier! Plus, my daughter said that one of the guys helped her put her bed together which I thought was above and beyond the "call of duty." I am recommending ACVL for all their good work, help and understanding. more

Moving from the Colorado to California was easy as pie with American Choice Van lines. I have nothing more to add from the past reviews (extra guys at no charge, a bit more cost but worth it, etc.). I've rarely had service so pleasant and hard-working in any industry. I could hire them very fast because most review sites were loaded with only 5 star reviews for them. Most customers who reviewed their business spoke very highly for them and the services they provide. So After reading about a dozen reviews I was completely convinced that I would be hiring American Choice Van Lines with absolutely no element of doubt in my mind. The movers were fantastic. Punctual, respectful, fast as a bullet train. They didn't grunt and groan like most movers, they cheerfully did stuff they hadn't expected to do (removed a light fixture so my couch could fit out the old door, figured out how to disassemble/reassemble my expensive furniture, did a long haul at the new house when the truck didn't fit down my driveway). They were amazingly mellow about having to double-park their truck, and didn't run roughshod over my apartment. Well I am so happy with their work and I would like to thank the customers for reviewing heir business so correctly in enabling my to make up my mind to hire them. I would also like to recommend them for their get services and assure you that I would hire you again if the need ever arise. more

I was recommended American Choice Van Lines from a friend. Personally, he hadn't used them, but knew about 5 different people who all found the moving company separately and provided great feedback. I had been researching around and looking at other moving companies to transport a 3 bed house apartment from Florida to San Francisco. I had originally booked with another moving company, but once I spoke with Crystal at American Choice Van Lines, I had to cancel. Crystal was so nice and helpful in booking me, and I was very pleasantly surprised with their rates. When I called to cancel the other moving company, they attempted to match how much ACVL was charging but I simply felt more comfortable with ACVL. The fact also remains that the quote they ACVL provided was much cheaper than with I received from the company I had originally hired. Once the movers came, they moved quickly and efficiently. Nothing was broken when our belongings arrived in and they were able to transport a carry a couch up 4 flights of narrow and almost dangerous stairs. These guys were total pros from start to finish. The packing method was class and with the blanketed furniture and box packing they were just excellent and I was sure there would be no damage. I would like to request people to do a good research before hiring a moving company because many of them have hidden charges. You could definitely hire even American choice Van Lines as they did an excellent job for me. more

There are something’s that are just not possible without professional help, of them I think moving houses is one of them. Obviously if you are a student it is different as you have limited stuff but alternatively if you are moving to a new house and all you furniture and heavy stuff along you do need help. I tried doing it by myself when I bought my first house. It was a disaster as I damaged a lot of stuff and had to dismantle all the furniture to accommodate it in my car. It took me at least 20 trips as I was moving a short distance away and the damage was unimaginable but this time I decided not to repeat the mistake and hired American Choice Van Lines based on the recommendation of a friend and this help me achieve a move that was perfect, with no damage. The movers professionally wrapped all the furniture and dismantled only what was required the rest was placed neatly in the truck. This also helped us save time when it came to setting up the new house. So I would advise all only shift by yourself if you have less stuff if you are to shift heave please hire a moving company as you don’t want to be “penny wise pound foolish”. Also hire American Choice Van Lines they are just the best and with them I never needed to move an inch in fact I was relaxing in the lawn while they were finishing the job. more

I hired them this past weekend to move my apartment across California, from Bell Gardens to San Francisco. Crystal called me in the morning to let me know the guys would be arriving early. The movers who showed up did a stellar job- all of our furniture was wrapped really well and they took things apart professionally. The goods were separated very carefully to insure they would be able to unload the same thing with ease. This was very professional of them and proved their experience in this business. Getting into my new place was rather tricky and difficult with a lot of steps and a huge hill. The moving crew was great and did not complain once! They were very friendly and efficient. The move was completed in a short amount of time and nothing was damaged or misplaced. It is for sure that the driver was very professional as it seemed the cargo loaded in the van never seemed to move even an inch. Overall a great experience and extremely reasonably priced! I will definitely hire them again for my next move and at the same time I would recommend them highly to all people looking for an efficient and trust worthy packing and moving service provider. more

Very professional and reliable moving company. In the midst of my chaotic month of moving, American choice Van Lines was the only sane thing that was happening for me. I called Crystal at ACVL to run a quote and give me a flat rate. She was very good at following up my phone calls and answering my questions and concerns. There were loads of ridiculous questions that I kept asking her but she patiently replied to each of my question. She was also very flexible in the scheduling and was able to fill out all the necessary paperwork my new building required in order for them to move my belongings in. As she suggested, I boxed up all of my belongings beforehand this helped in reducing the cost and processing the move faster. For bigger furniture, they use blankets along with shrink wrap and tape. They wrapped all my furniture this way. They helped me set everything up in the new place and there were no hitches nor was there any damage when I inspected the inventory. The best part of American Choice is the communication. Crystal was very thorough and understands customer service. Her staff were very courteous when I was around and even asked if they could use the bathroom during the move. All in all, they were a class act from the start. I would definitely recommend them strongly for the excellent packing and moving services they have provided me from the very minute I hired them. more

Once the packers started working I did not have to worry about a thing, neither did they let me move a finger and did all the work by themselves. The guys arrived right on time, and got right down to business. Peter and his crew were so friendly and professional they put us right at ease. They were quick and efficient, while still taking great care with our things. They even managed to move a super heavy desk down two flights of stairs safely in their van. I should also mention that from the initial phone call, they set the tone for the company right away. They are a courteous company, and they laid out all the info and costs right away. It made me feel like I'd know what to expect. They also kept calling on the day of the move to insure I was satisfied with the way the packers were doing their job. I'd highly recommend these guys. They gave a reasonable flat rate quote with no extras for stairs or no hidden costs. While packing I was worried the move would take even longer than expected... You never know how much junk you have until you move! Most packers work on an hourly and man power basis but with ACVL we never needed to worry of that. We however wanted to get the move done at the earliest. However, the movers at American Choice Van Lines were amazing and energetic. I was astounded to see them move all my furniture and boxes out as quickly as they did. Not only that, they were extremely friendly and helpful and made moving painless (although my back still hurts from packing, but they can do the packing if you really want them to). They were a hard working bunch and wasted no time loitering or chatting, they were more interested to get the work done and this was very evident from the way they were working, which can be decided as nothing but ecstatic. These guys are professionals, they treat you with respect, and they move your gear with care. I highly recommend them and their work ethics will be the most important factor to insure you have a well planned and stress free move at the end of the working day. more

The service I recently received from American Choice Van Lines moving company, on a move from Buffalo to Florida was exceptional- the best I've ever received on my various moves around the country. Gordon, my driver/supervisor, arrived punctually with his team. He made sure that each piece of family furniture was meticulously wrapped and carefully carted onto the truck. His two assistants were well-trained, polite, and hard-working. The packers took exceptional care of the glass mugs and a few family paintings. The mugs were bubble wrapped and tucked into boxes full of shredded paper and the paintings were foiled wrapped in clear foil and placed as per their size in boxes just meant for them. The team took apart, and wrapped in pads, furniture that previous movers had simply loaded, unwrapped, into the truck. Despite sweltering summer conditions, this team worked conscientiously and cheerfully until the job was complete. Gordon and his fellow staff members simply took more care of my stuff than any other movers had in the past. He was wholly committed to my satisfaction. Well looking at them sweat it out I decided to tip them at the end of the day, but they simply refused stating it was against the company’s business practices. What American Choice Van Lines gave me was a well planned move within my shoe string budget. These guys were pros; I recommend them most highly to all people looking for an honest, dedicated and a time valuing company for their home change. more
