Hiring American Choice Van Lines was a great decision! I had just graduated from college and most of my friends had already left, so I didn't really have any options other than to hire movers. I was pleased when I was quoted for a 4 hour move for $850 for a one bedroom apartment in a walk up to an elevator building. The team called me half an hour before my scheduled pick up and asked if they could come early or if I needed to wait until the scheduled time. I was ready to get the show on the road and they were there right away. Getting started early?! Not at all what I expected but was a great start to the experience. Kiron and his team had no qualms carry my boxes, some of which were very heavy, packing up some miscellaneous items, and carefully protecting my furniture. When we arrived at the new apartment the guys were great about placing items where I asked. Start to finish the move only took three and a half hours! I was blown away. I think my experience of moving with American Choice Van Lines was nothing less than a 100% perfect. They managed to do everything that could be considered as a perfect move, their customer service was great and they even came down to our house the very same day we called for an inspection. This is a good way to start off; most movers avoid this as they agree to a price and get the opportunity to tell the customer that they underestimated the work. American Choice Van Lines first made this suggestion to us and told us this would enable them to give us an estimate of what the cost would be. Well the price they quoted was a one off price and they assured us that the price would not increase. We were very impressed with their honesty; although we had received a quote which was slightly cheaper then American Choice Van Lines we felt comfortable working with American Choice van Lines and hired them. The movers delivered us a perfect move and assured us that they would try their level best to insure that there would be no damage. When we received our stuff we realised that care was taken to make sure that the goods were not damaged during transit. I spent few days researching several moving companies and American Choice Van Lines had pretty darn good reviews so I hired them to move my storage content from New York to California. The whole process was finished in a week’s time and that's because it was a pretty long distance to cover. They loaded my stuff into a good looking VAN because that was exactly what was my requirement; in terms of my goods to be transported. I watched them stack the boxes in the truck and they did it pretty easily. It looked really neat and I was sure the stacking would insure I would have no damage at all. Honestly, customer service was great and they were very co-operative from the very start. I wasn't able to get in touch with their dispatcher during the first evening but they were quick to respond the next morning. The next morning they said that the office was closed for Sunday night, and it was very understandable that I was expecting too much. The reason why I give them 5 stars is because they delivered without damaging. And I saw few reviews that were complaining about loads of damage and theft. I never had any sort of damage or theft and that is more important than little things that are a part of the moving process. I will also recommend doing your research before hiring a moving company but American Choice Van Lines is one of the good ones and a definite choice. more

We needed to move and had hired American Choice Van Lines, this was an excellent decision as the company was agreeing to go to any length to make sure we were happy and out shift was executed without any inconvenience to us. We were to move on Friday but as per a sudden change in requirement we needed to move the very next day which was Wednesday. The company representative Crystal was excellent; we spoke to her and requested her to accommodate us. She was excellent to make sure that we were not let down. She did manage to accommodate us for the very next day and the best thing was there was no change in price because we wanted an emergency move. Another fact also remains that the company did not make us any difficult terms and conditions neither did they have any hidden charges. I am very impressed with all their good as there was no damage at all. The boys also spent some extra time helping us to set the place up this was completely out of the arrangement and something they did out of their own free will. Their performance is something that we are very happy with and for their discipline and understanding I would definitely recommend them to all who are looking to move. Most companies would take this opportunity to increase the cost substantially but with American Choice Van Lines this was not the case. Also my friends were busy and no one to help me so I had to be in Vegas the next day to start a job and to avoid charges from my landlord. They just got it done like champs and even if the price looked a bit much they said it could be done in one day. This was because I was staying very close to LA and I also never had a lot of stuff that needed to be transported. The only problem was any delay in moving would mean that I would have to pay rent at two places one in LA and the other at my existing place. The move was to a one bed house and being single it was just enough for me. They managed to pack up my existing apartment and transport my stuff the same day, in fact the van and I were driving side by side and it was a very well co-ordinated move. They never took a lot of time for the same, it was more like a floor plan to get things started and packed with ease. After 10 minutes they were on the job and were all around the house with the process of packing started. In a matter of a few hours the packing was done and the packers began to load the truck. The truck left the very same day and was to reach our residence in Florida in a five days time. They managed to deliver the goods but the delivery was a day late but that was about it and there was no damage at all. On checking the boxed we found out that American Choice Van Lines had carried out an excellent move for us and there was no damage and even though they had the Van brake down for a day they goods were not moved or damaged. In fact the real reason why the delivery was a day late was the Van breaking down on the way. I would recommend American choice Van Lines for sure as they have managed to transport all our goods in time and without any damage. It was fairly easy to find a job in the area and things happened very fast in regards to the timeliness of booking. American Choice Van Lines did a fantastic job at getting back to me and responding in a timely manner. They gave us a quote which was the cheapest in comparison to many other quotes that we had received. The move was excellent and they managed to pack the whole house in a day’s time. We had less stuff but there was a lot of furniture and I was coming along with us. The company drove our stiff from California to Florida and had us settled in 5 days time. We were not in a hurry and the company did a great job in making sure that our thing arrived with no damage in the journey. They also charged us exactly what we agreed; we did pay an extra $50 for some charge that the company paid while in transit, they provided us a receipt for the same. We were very pleased with their services and will definitely use them for our next move. American Choice Van Lines and the customer service put up with quite a few changes from us, the start date moved a couple of times, and we underestimated the amount of stuff we had collected. Even when our move date got moved up by a week, they got us in with no hassle. Everyone was incredibly friendly and hard working. It really was our fault that we didn't know we had more stuff so I don't blame them for charging us more but we were mad that we had to come out of pocket more. To be honest from what we understood the packing almost doubled. We decided to at one point leave a lot of stuff behind but realised it would be cheaper to carry along rather than purchasing again. It's ok because when everything was all said and done they took good care of us and I can't complain, lol. The company was also willing to pay back our deposit without and deduction but to be honest we could not find anyone cheaper. To be honest all that begins well ends well and that is exactly what we have to say about American Choice Van Lines. I would recommend them to my friends for their upcoming moves but I will be sure to tell them to make sure they look at ALL of their household goods, because it is always to be well prepared and having a complete control of thing rather than making changes the way we did. more

Every time I move I normally contact one of the major moving companies and get charged an arm and a leg. But, this time I chose American Choice Van Lines and boy am I happy! My quote wasn't as a high as it normally is and their team was so responsive and attentive to my needs I was pleasantly surprised. American Choice Van Lines wasn't like the other moving companies where if I called they got back to me in a couple of days, they got back to me in a couple of hours and that was very important to me. American Choice Van Lines is a splendid company whose services are quality for money in absolute. We had a fairly short distance move within Arizona and needed help to get to our new house with all our stuff. The current apartment was a one bed home and the kids were growing so they were in need of their own space. My wife had also been after me for a long time to get to a bigger house. Well finally the day came when we bought a 3 room apartment not so far away. The boys were all exited to get to their new rooms and had already done most of their packing well before hand. American Choice Van Lines did the transportation and packing and unpacking. Their work was great and they managed to move us in a day. This was my first experience using a moving company and I was very happy with my choice. I picked these guys because of their good reviews and their quote was very reasonably priced. I asked several of my friends that have moved recently about the movers they used, and every single one of them said they would not recommend the companies they chose. Luckily I found them... Their crews were very courteous. They had us completely moved in about 4 days and were willing to move around the furniture as we saw fit. Luckily I didn't have a lot of furniture so I didn't take up too much of their time with that but I thought it was nice of them to offer. These movers were careful with nothing breaking and asked me to look in the back of their truck to confirm everything was out. I am glad to have a great first experience and I definitely plan on using them again in the future. The moving company we hired was the best and we have not doubts or hesitation to share our experience with all. We needed to move to Kentucky and were to reside in Buffalo but were not able to find and packer who we thought we could be comfortable with. We called at least a dozen packers but all of them were just wanting an advance to tie us down.
