Very professional and reliable moving company. In the midst of my chaotic month of moving, American choice Van Lines was the only sane thing that was happening for me. I called Crystal at ACVL to run a quote and give me a flat rate. She was very good at following up my phone calls and answering my questions and concerns. There were loads of ridiculous questions that I kept asking her but she patiently replied to each of my question. \r
She was also very flexible in the scheduling and was able to fill out all the necessary paperwork my new building required in order for them to move my belongings in. As she suggested, I boxed up all of my belongings beforehand this helped in reducing the cost and processing the move faster. For bigger furniture, they use blankets along with shrink wrap and tape. They wrapped all my furniture this way. They helped me set everything up in the new place and there were no hitches nor was there any damage when I inspected the inventory.\r
The best part of American Choice is the communication. Crystal was very thorough and understands customer service. Her staff were very courteous when I was around and even asked if they could use the bathroom during the move. All in all, they were a class act from the start. I would definitely recommend them strongly for the excellent packing and moving services they have provided me from the very minute I hired them. \r
