Gordon and his boys seemed like thugs when they came over but were more that polite and professional when we got to know them. Crystal the customer services lady was very sweet and understanding. She never seemed to have used the word “no” at any moment of our conversation. Whatever we requested it was always a “sure, will be done” from her and with all doubts cleared American Choice Van Lines was sure to get our business. This was something that they not only took up but finished with quality. Well everything that can be understood in terms of packing, moving, delivering and set-up was just perfect. Peter and his men can to the delivery and they too were excellent and did the home set up and unloading with a lot of care and understanding. Our new neighbours were surprised to see the quality with which the boxes were stacked and delivered. This is about as much as I can say about this company. We decided to move close to our daughter’s house as she just started her own business and needed help in running it. As my daughter had just become a mother we decided to move close to her so that we could chip in a help her from time to time. I managed to find a property close to her place and we were ready to move to California. American Choice Van Lines was the company we choose to hire this was on recommendation of a friend of mine. They were offering me a move after three days but I never trusted them a bit. I told the company not to contact me ever again and started hunting for a new company. American Choice Van Lines was a moving company that was suggested to me by a friend of mine and the company was excellent. They allotted us a slot for the very following day and the surprise was the price that they offered was lesser that what the other company was quoting us. The packing and moving was excellent and the company manage to deliver the goods to us by Tuesday. So what American Choice Van Lines processes for us was a quality and planned move at a cheaper cost. They do all the packing and moving with absolute planning and without and muck up. My friend just shifted and told us of the horrific experience he had with one company. The company actually charged him double to what they had actually agreed. When we hired the services of American Choice Van Lines we told them first that we want an all in one quote and a price that would remain constant and would not change. I am so happy with their services and their packers are so well mannered and trained to handle any situation. We had a heavy King size double bed and it was heavy “trust me”. The boys managed to bring it down two floors without even touching the walls. Also the glass utensils were bubbled and places in boxes, this made sure there were no scratches or no damage at all. We are a freakish family with everyone wanting to do thing in a way that is best suited to their comfort. We were to move and all of us had different opinions of how we were to make our move. My wife wanted the packing to be done as per her specifications; the kids wanted their stuff to be carefully packed. My son is a DJ and his equipment was to be transported with utmost care. We are a huge family of five husband, wife and three kids, it sounds like a fairy tale. We thought we could manage to move in San Francisco by ourselves but soon realised it was not our cup of tea and needed packing assistance.
