Let me just start by saying WOW!! I am very impressed with this company! They were very straight forward and honest and took their time with me. I always ask too many questions and they answered each and every one with patience. From their talk they seemed prompt and not just that they were interested to get themselves business at any cost. Other companies would kind of give me one word responses and push me to give them my credit card details but this was not the case with American Choice Van Lines, not once did they ask for a payment till I was convinced a 100% and nothing less. I am very stubborn so unless I am comfortable my card is not given to anyone. Crystal was the sales rep and she made me feel like she understood me and was just not interested in my money. She made me feel really comfortable and took on anything I threw at her in terms of my questions. She is just the best; this is exactly what I can say for the packing and moving team that carried out all the work.
