My experience with Fitness One has been overwhelmingly positive. My friend encouraged me to try a class when I told her I wanted to improve my cardio fitness. I have been a runner for years, done several races and 3 half-marathons. Well after 2 classes, I realized that though my legs were in good shape, the rest of my body could be better. I love the energy the trainers have, the atmosphere of the place, and the wonderful members who grunt next to you every class. No matter what fitness level you are at, you will always get a challenging workout, as you are always pushing faster, harder, or increasing your weights. The classes are ever changing, and never have been dull or repetitive. I see new people every class try out, and keep coming back. I don't have to sell it to anyone, just try a class, it will speak for itself! I am in better shape now than I was 10 years ago.
