You are the greatest. Susan and I work out 4 times a week. We have been coming to Fitness One for a little over a year. Before joining I could not get Susan out of the house 4 times a week much less to workout 4 times a week. Now, if for some reason I cannot go, she finds a way to go without me. You all have had a major effect on our lives, but Olinda has had the ability to motivate Susan and kept her excited to continue. Fitness One is a comfortable place to workout. It is fun and non-competitive.
