I have been going to Fitness One almost a year. When I started I could hardly get out of bed and walk in the morning. Now I am going 4 to 5 days a week and feel great. I tried another gym with rows of equipment and it was very impersonal and boring. Fitness One is the complete opposite. If you want to have fun and get a great workout in, then you have got to try Fitness One.
