By far the best gym EVER! Allen helped me loose the rest of my post baby weight I was still carrying 3 years after my 2nd daughter's birth. Less then a year later I became pregnant with my 3rd child, but thankfully I was in good shape from maintaining a 3-4 day a week work out schedule and eating a balanced diet. I worked out through 33 weeks of pregancy, gained a healthy amount of weight, and was back in my jeans at 1 week postpartum! I am anxious to get back to the great classes and high energy trainers in order to tone my body back up before summer.
