DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. We called them out to diagnose and repair our GE refrigerator. Over the course of 1 1/2 years they were out numerous times. Each time they came out a different part was replaced and we were told the problem was fixed. After spending $1500 and still having the same problem we called GE who sent out a factory technician. He found numerous problems with the work that had been done including spliced wiring and a hole burned in the freezer door seal where a heat gun had been used to try and reshape it so it would seal properly. Everything was repaired by GE and the refrigerator works perfectly. While the GE repairman was working on the refrigerator I called Airflow and asked them to at least pay for the $219.99 labor charge I was having to pay GE. I didn't ask them to pay for any of the parts that GE had to replace. They told me to have the technician write down everything he was doing and for me to fax it to them. As the GE technician was working, I wrote down everything he told me he was doing and why he was doing it. I faxed this and the receipt for GE's charges along with copies of Airflow's receipts and the dates they were at my house. I called every couple of weeks for 2 months and there was always an excuse why they hadn't made a decision on my refund. Then they said they couldn't find all the stuff I had faxed to them and could I send it again. Now it's 2 weeks later and I just got the call that they are not going to pay the $219.99 I paid GE for labor. They said they talked to their repairman, who worked on my refrigerator, and he said he didn't do anything wrong. They also said that the information they requested me to get from the GE technician wasn't written by him so it wasn't relevant. They got $1500 of my money and didn't fix a thing. Then, they didn't have the decency to refund $219.99 for all my trouble. I see by my search on the internet that I am not the only one who has had problems with these people. Too bad they are still in business. more

The A/C unit was fixed in a couple hours and we were able to get cool again. The repair bill wasn't as much as I expected, and I was so pleased with the service. The professional informed me that my A/C should be good to go for many more babysitting sessions and informed me of Airflow's warranty. Airflow is the place to call if you need something fixed quickly. more

From the moment I called to set up an appointment, the staff was very helpful and understanding. My oven needed to be repaired and they assured me their technicians could help. I was even more impressed when the techs actually came out to do the repair! They were professional and didn't try to add on services or parts that I didn't need and you could tell they were very experienced. I felt very confident that they would perform the repair correctly. Very satisfied customer here. Highly recommended! more

My oven started giving my problems over the weekend so I hopped online to find the best appliance repair company in this area. I came across Airflow Appliance Repair and what I really liked about their site was I able to set my appointment online and they came out really fast. I have been using Airflow Company for fixing and repairing all my home appliances as long as I have known them. I have to be honest that some of my home appliances have had issues. Sometimes every month I would need a technician to repair some items. I have never thought of any other company except Airflow. Someone can proudly say that I have not explored other opportunities out there but there is no need of wasting such a time. Airflow is a reputed company and will make their efforts to assist you beginning from the time you call to request for assistance. I like their business and work culture. In addition to getting best services at an affordable value, their work is warranted and sometimes into a full year. This means that the company is confident of what they do hence affording to give such a warranty for their services. more

Our first trash compactor decided to give up on us. We've had it for a while before it began to lose some of its pressure and just wear out. We called Airflow Appliance Repair and they installed the compactor. The changes were very noticeable; it was quieter and had better power. We saved so much money, we were willing to buy a new one but the guys definitely came through for us. Highly recommended! more

Airflow Appliance Repair Company handled my freezer and dishwasher in a professional way. I contracted this company because I had heard about it for a long time but since I have never had issues with my appliances, I never used it until my items stopped working sometimes in March. Airflow is known for repairs, installations and maintenances; the company is here for a good course for all homeowners and for all home appliances. I did not know whether their repair work was going to revive the freezer because it was quite aged but I was surprised when their technician told me that the freezer has a long way to. Clearly, their more than 70 years in the industry has some great results to show. As long as this company is in Los Angeles, I will continue contracting it to have any appliance fixed. I know I won’t be doing anything wrong recommending the company to my friends. more

My A/C unit has been giving me problems for a while it would be cold sometimes and other times it would blow hot air. I did not understand what the problem was so I reached out to Airflow. They were at my house within the hour and they were able to fix the unit, but they told me it was going out very soon. I was able to get a new one a couple weeks after that thanks to guys from Airflow. more

I came home from work and started up the dryer because I had left my wet clothing in there, because I have been so busy. The dryer did not cut on and it made a crazy sound. I looked up repairmen and found Airflow. They were able to figure out it was clogged with lint and it was also something electrical going on. They fixed it up in about a hour and then they were on their way. Thanks! more

Great service from Airflow. We had a new garbage disposal installed, and it was apparently installed incorrectly. The place we had install it insisted we simply weren't operating it right and refused to come out for a look unless we agreed to pay a ridiculous sum. We decided to contact a different company and found Airflow during an online search. They offered a nice discount to first time clients and had great reviews, so it was an easy choice for us.\r Airflow decided to send somebody out right away since the stuck food was causing an odor and incorrect hook-ups can be dangerous. We know nothing about how these things work, so we were very grateful to have this taken care of quickly. The technician arrived later in the day...service was very professional. He described the issue to us and stated that the previous company either didn't install it right or some of the parts weren't secured appropriately. It's unfortunate that we had to deal with a less-than-stellar company, but Airflow fixed the problem and offered us the guarantee the other shop didn't. \r We will be calling Airflow first from now on, due to their excellent service and warranty. The repair person showed up on time later that day. He asked a couple questions and immediately got to work. They flushed the water heater, refilled it, and replaced some hoses. I felt very safe even though repairing water heaters can be dangerous, as the repairman seemed to really know his stuff. My water heater was fixed pretty quickly, and the bill was very reasonable. I feel that my home is safer now and I no longer sit around dreading repairs. I would recommend Airflow—the savings are definitely worth it. more

My Frigidaire freezer started to malfunction and stopped defrosting. This caused a HUGE buildup of ice that ended up damaging the water line and ice maker. Even though we removed the ice ourselves, the refrigerator continued to have problems and further damage became apparent. The only option we had was to call for professional appliance repair service, and I feel very lucky that we can across Airflow and called them first. I was able to schedule an appointment for later that day and the technician arrived right at the estimated time. I was very excited that I was able to get this problem taken care of and out of the way. Even though there were multiple issues with my freezer and its components, Airflow was able to identify all the problems quickly. They worked at a fast pace and the technician was able to explain all the problems and what they were doing. My thermostat and defroster works perfectly now- we have ice cubes again, the water dispenser flows, and there is no ice build-up to speak of! Truly a great job and remarkable customer service! If I have any appliance problems in the future, I am definitely calling Airflow first! more

The deep freezer in our basement wasn't as cold as the temperature the thermostat was set to and we couldn't identify the problem. We decided not to mess with it for too long because we had over a thousand dollars worth of groceries in the freezer that would spoil in a few hours. In need of extremely quick service, we called Airflow Appliance Repair for an emergency service call. The service rep on the phone was more than happy to book us a same-day appointment and Airflow technicians arrived at our house in just a couple hours! Absolutely amazing service. Luckily, our issue turned out to be minor. The technicians were professional, had everything they needed to complete the repair, and didn't waste any time- they really gave their best effort to get the job done before our food spoiled. By acting quickly, Airflow's service helped us save money by saving our food products. We couldn't be more grateful about this! Airflow now has our business for life, and I happily recommend them to anyone who is in need of high-quality, lightning-fast appliance repair. GREAT customer service! Airflow really cares about not only fixing your appliances, but keeping them running! I was cleaning out my refrigerator when it started making a strange humming/grinding noise. Turns out I had damaged a fan while trying to clean my fridge and it needed replaced. While frustrating, it was my own carelessness that showed me just how finicky appliances and machines can be. I didn't have the replacement parts, tools, knowledge, or skills to complete this job myself even with tutorials and directions, so I gave this appliance repair company a call. My food was spoiling and being kept in coolers, so they sent somebody out right away for me. The entire repair took less than a hour and 100% of my groceries were saved that day. I ended up saving so much money by choosing Airflow's quick service. The repairman even showed me how to PROPERLY clean my fan in order to avoid damaging it again and keep my refrigerator running smoothly and efficiently. Airflow saved our family reunion! We were all gathered at my house to cook for the next day's party when my oven stopped working. Of course, it only figures that my trusty oven would break at the WORST possible time. Airflow was very sympathetic to my needs and was able to schedule a service call first thing the next morning. I was immediately impressed at this, as I am used to customer service taking much, much longer. The Airflow worker arrived right on time and finished the job in only two hours. He was so courteous and professional that we hardly knew he was there while we were preparing! The repair was so quick that we had more than enough time to finish setting up and cooking our dishes. After the repair, the oven worked like new again and was able to handle the high demand we put on it that day. Since then, I have had no issues with my oven and I tell everyone the story about how Airflow stopped my broken oven from ruining a special day! I will only trust this company with my appliance service needs from now on- their service and prices just cannot be beat!! more

I originally called a different local appliance repair service to take a look at my Whirlpool electric cooking range. After two visits, they promised me they corrected the issue of my burners not getting hot. I didn't think it would be such a hassle to get it fixed. It worked great for about a week before breaking down again. Unfortunately, the original company I called didn't really care that it was broken and offered to come take a look again- for an additional fee. I was very annoyed by this and almost bought a new stove. I'm glad I held off because a coworker told me about Airflow while I was venting my frustration. I gave them a call and got service scheduled for a couple days later. They were very helpful and calm even though I was already annoyed from the other company's poor service. Airflow explained that the job wasn't done right and then fixed it in only a few hours. The repair took place over a month ago, and my range is working better than ever now! I'm so glad that I finally found a service I can depend on to get things right the first time. more

I own a small business outside of Ventura and have been calling Airflow for years with repair jobs. We don't have the nicest facilities, so our heating and cooling appliances tend to break down a lot. Last week, an ice machine broke down and we needed it repaired quickly- we were having important clients in that day. Things always seem to break down at the worst time. Airflow sent a guy out to do the repair within a few hours and everything was fixed and working again well before we needed it. It was so effortless and the bill was, as usual, pretty reasonable. They always do a nice job estimating the cost when we call.\r Airflow has been a great resource for my company. They have always delivered top notch service, offered deals and specials, and we have never had an appliance break again after they've fixed it. I think they even make appliances sturdier than ever a lot of the time! \r I hope we won't need many repairs in the future, but its been a huge peace of mind to have Airflow on call to assist us. My Maytag dishwasher was known to breakdown a lot. My husband and I figured it was normal maintenance for most modern appliances, so he usually was able to fix the problem himself. Unfortunately, his abilities fell short when our dishwasher started spewing suds and making terrible grinding noises. In fact, he completely broke our dishwasher when trying to fix it. We were ready to replace it when we came across Airflow's 'repair or replace' page after a search for information on our model. We decided to give them a call and get an opinion.\r To our surprise, the service rep on the phone told us our problem is actually really common and gave us a nice low estimate for repair services. We decided to book an appointment for the next day and our dishwasher was fixed before we knew it. It's been a couple months now and our dishwasher is yet to experience its bi-weekly breakdown. We've definitely learned our lesson and will leave appliance repairs to the professionals next time. We would've saved a lot of money and stress if we just did that in the first place. Airflow knows what they're talking about and it's nice to have reliable information about repairs available. more
