GREAT customer service! Airflow really cares about not only fixing your appliances, but keeping them running! I was cleaning out my refrigerator when it started making a strange humming/grinding noise. Turns out I had damaged a fan while trying to clean my fridge and it needed replaced. While frustrating, it was my own carelessness that showed me just how finicky appliances and machines can be. I didn't have the replacement parts, tools, knowledge, or skills to complete this job myself even with tutorials and directions, so I gave this appliance repair company a call. My food was spoiling and being kept in coolers, so they sent somebody out right away for me. The entire repair took less than a hour and 100% of my groceries were saved that day. I ended up saving so much money by choosing Airflow's quick service. The repairman even showed me how to PROPERLY clean my fan in order to avoid damaging it again and keep my refrigerator running smoothly and efficiently. They truly go above and beyond at Airflow, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the excellent service and assistance I received! Thank you again for all you do during your repair visits.
