From the moment I called to set up an appointment, the staff was very helpful and understanding. My oven needed to be repaired and they assured me their technicians could help. I was even more impressed when the techs actually came out to do the repair! They were professional and didn't try to add on services or parts that I didn't need and you could tell they were very experienced. I felt very confident that they would perform the repair correctly. Very satisfied customer here. Highly recommended!
