The deep freezer in our basement wasn't as cold as the temperature the thermostat was set to and we couldn't identify the problem. We decided not to mess with it for too long because we had over a thousand dollars worth of groceries in the freezer that would spoil in a few hours. In need of extremely quick service, we called Airflow Appliance Repair for an emergency service call. The service rep on the phone was more than happy to book us a same-day appointment and Airflow technicians arrived at our house in just a couple hours! Absolutely amazing service. Luckily, our issue turned out to be minor. The technicians were professional, had everything they needed to complete the repair, and didn't waste any time- they really gave their best effort to get the job done before our food spoiled. By acting quickly, Airflow's service helped us save money by saving our food products. We couldn't be more grateful about this! Airflow now has our business for life, and I happily recommend them to anyone who is in need of high-quality, lightning-fast appliance repair. I strongly feel that if we had chosen another company, we probably wouldn't have been so lucky!
