Great service from Airflow. We had a new garbage disposal installed, and it was apparently installed incorrectly. The place we had install it insisted we simply weren't operating it right and refused to come out for a look unless we agreed to pay a ridiculous sum. We decided to contact a different company and found Airflow during an online search. They offered a nice discount to first time clients and had great reviews, so it was an easy choice for us.\r
Airflow decided to send somebody out right away since the stuck food was causing an odor and incorrect hook-ups can be dangerous. We know nothing about how these things work, so we were very grateful to have this taken care of quickly. The technician arrived later in the day...service was very professional. He described the issue to us and stated that the previous company either didn't install it right or some of the parts weren't secured appropriately. It's unfortunate that we had to deal with a less-than-stellar company, but Airflow fixed the problem and offered us the guarantee the other shop didn't. \r
We will be calling Airflow first from now on, due to their excellent service and warranty. Thanks for all your great work.
