My Frigidaire freezer started to malfunction and stopped defrosting. This caused a HUGE buildup of ice that ended up damaging the water line and ice maker. Even though we removed the ice ourselves, the refrigerator continued to have problems and further damage became apparent. The only option we had was to call for professional appliance repair service, and I feel very lucky that we can across Airflow and called them first. I was able to schedule an appointment for later that day and the technician arrived right at the estimated time. I was very excited that I was able to get this problem taken care of and out of the way. Even though there were multiple issues with my freezer and its components, Airflow was able to identify all the problems quickly. They worked at a fast pace and the technician was able to explain all the problems and what they were doing. My thermostat and defroster works perfectly now- we have ice cubes again, the water dispenser flows, and there is no ice build-up to speak of! Truly a great job and remarkable customer service! If I have any appliance problems in the future, I am definitely calling Airflow first!
