I originally called a different local appliance repair service to take a look at my Whirlpool electric cooking range. After two visits, they promised me they corrected the issue of my burners not getting hot. I didn't think it would be such a hassle to get it fixed. It worked great for about a week before breaking down again. Unfortunately, the original company I called didn't really care that it was broken and offered to come take a look again- for an additional fee. I was very annoyed by this and almost bought a new stove. I'm glad I held off because a coworker told me about Airflow while I was venting my frustration. I gave them a call and got service scheduled for a couple days later. They were very helpful and calm even though I was already annoyed from the other company's poor service. Airflow explained that the job wasn't done right and then fixed it in only a few hours. The repair took place over a month ago, and my range is working better than ever now! I'm so glad that I finally found a service I can depend on to get things right the first time.
