Awful, awful, awful.\r

I called them on a Thursday morning because my furnace went off. They said they would come during the day, but when they hadn't shown by noon, I called and asked what the time frame was, and they said that they were running very late and that they were ""pushing"" to have us serviced that day. I asked if they were sure they were going to come, because I was going to call somebody else, but they said ""no, we're pushing for today, so we should be there."" At about six they called back and said that they weren't going to make it. I asked if they were sure they were coming, because we'd already frozen our butts off the previous night without a furnace, and they kept saying ""We're pushing for tomorrow."" I asked if there was a chance they weren't coming. They kept saying ""we're pushing.""\r

The next day they hadn't shown up by three, so I called and asked when they were coming, and they said ""We're running late, but we're PUSHING for today."" By this time I asked if they were positive that they were going to come, because I didn't want to freeze until Monday. They kept insisting that they were PUSHING it, and never even gave me a possibility of them not making it. By five they called and asked what my availability was on Monday, because they weren't going to make it. \r

So, I wasted two whole days waiting for these guys and they never showed up. I have never seen this lack of professionalism. I can't even believe that they thought I was just going to wait until Monday for them! I said ""No thanks,"" hung up, and called Mountain Air because it was what came first on Google. They came within the hour and fixed the furnace in about ten minutes
