Just in time 1/18/2012

I know Action was probably very busy with the big storm finally coming in this week, but I wanted to be prepared - so they managed to squeeze me into their schedule and came out and checked out my furnace and water heater. Everything went smoothly and I feel better that when we get all the weather this week, that me and my family will be good to go. more

frozen pipes 1/17/2012

Wow... I couldn't believe the freeze last night and it did a number on our pipes. Action came out and was able to tune up the plumbing fixtures and get them working right again in no time. more

clogged furnace 1/12/2012

There was a horrible leak coming out of a few of my vents and it seemed like the furnace was running all the time. Action came out and immediately new what the issue was - furnace was clogged. They were in and out in no time and worked efficiently. more

Great upsell 1/11/2012

We just finished remodeling the new master bathroom - but something wasn't right. The pipes were backing up fast and they were leaking around the toilet. We didn't originally update the toilet - but after We called Action and they came out and adjusted the pipes, they told me about a great deal they are having for new toilets. How could I not update that too? more

Great Tune up! 1/10/2012

I live in an older condo where I just upgraded my windows for better insulation. But it still seemed like my furnace was running all the time too. So I called action for the tune-up and they came out a few days later. They were quick, updated some wiring that got bad and was under warranty and they only charged me the check up fee and and tuned up the furnace. more

Drain unclogged 1/9/2012

Action came over as scheduled to check out my drain pipes. Something wasn't running correctly and after they video'd the pipes they found what was clogging the drains. Luckily it didn't take long to remove the gunk and they gave me some tips on how to avoid that again in the future. great group all around. more

Great furnace company 1/3/2012

Action Plumbing was great to work with. They were on time to give my furnace a check up, only charged what the promotion was for and then recommended some other things to improve the furnace. They were polite and well-mannered which you don't see in this industry much. I guess I know who I'm calling if I have a larger problem more

DO NOT CALL ACTION YOU WILL BE SORRY !!!! 1/2/2012

My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night yesterday. I got up looked it over and come to the conclusion it was the electric ignighter. I called action around 5:30 and was told to call back around 7:30 a.m. I did just that. I understand it taking two hours to come out but once they got there there is a $59.95 charge and then terry the teach tells me ya its the electric starter. It's a $35.00 part and less than five minutes and one screw to put it in.$250.00 charge ya two hundred and fifty dollers charge. the teach would not budge and I felt like I had no choice because I have kids that were freezing. I pulled there phone number out of the zip local phone directory phone book. And I called the Draper Sandy phone number. The Teach was out of Magna Ut. They suck total rip offs I will NEVER NEVER call Action Plumbing Heating & air. I had to put one star to publish this review but there not even worth that. :( more

Bathroom Remodel 12/29/2011

With a few weeks off from work, I was so excited to get started on redoing somethings in our master bathroom. Unfortunately I got in over my head, but I found a craigslist ad for action and gave them a call. We are still working on the project, but I am super excited about their enthusiasm so far. Can't wait for it all to be done. \r more

Christmas Eve 12/27/2011

I hated having to call anybody over a holiday weekend, but Action was more than willing to come out saturday night and fix our water heater. I had a lot of family in town and my old water heater just wasn't up to the task. Action fixed it in no time and gave me some pricing options in case i want to get a new one after the holidays. There weren't pushy or anything and I really appreciated their work ethic on such a busy night. \r more

Action plumbers were a huge help. We live in an older home with old pipes that have been giving us problems for quite some time. I shopped around and with the holidays coming up, I didn't think i would be able to get anybody out here, but Action was able to send out a small team and make the adjustments to the piping and within a week everything was working great. The best part was that it came way under what we budgeted. more

Lego = clogged drain 12/21/2011

Well... it finally happened and one of my 4 kids put something down the kitchen drain and then turned the disposal on. Now the sink is all back up and I didn't have any idea how to fix it. Action came out the next day and it only took them about 30 minutes to isolate where the problem was, clean out the lego toy with the parachute and all the gunk and put everything back together again. Working Water Heater 12/20/2011

One of the worse things to wake up to in the morning are cold showers. I had to wait, but Action was able to come out the next morning to fix my water heater. They were fast and cheap compared to the other people I called. \r more

Easy and fast 12/16/2011

As a single mom, it is not easy getting everything done for the upkeep of the house and work a 40 hour work week. I really needed to have the entire plumbing system cleaned up and Action was the only one who would work with my schedule. They were flexible and inexpensive.\r more

Just in time for xmas 12/13/2011

I finally finished getting all the lights up on the house and the reindeer on the lawn set up. However, when I went to plug everything in at one time, 3 fuses blew! I replaced them, but that still didn't work. Action came out and helped me make the right adjustments in the electric connections so that this year we have a chance at winning the best dressed house!\r more

Bursting Pipes 12/8/2011

With the freeze, one of the pipes in my basement burst. I called Action and the came out late last night to begin repairing the pipe after they gave me instructions on what to do till they got there. Very helpful and understanding with my situation. more
